3rd Time at Ironman Canada!

I am a 40 year old teacher who has been involved with triathlon since 2002. I have done IMC twice and IMH once in 2006. I enjoy having fitness goals that keep me motivated. A few years ago my mother was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma, shortly after my father was diagnosed with prostate cancer. They both fought their illness successfully and today are cancer free.

I want to be able to help make a difference in the lives of everyone who has cancer or is affected by it. As a teacher I hope to be able to mentor and model not only positive life choices but giving back to others also, this is why I am excited to join cops for cancer.
