Second time at Ironman Canada!

My enjoyment of long distance training started a few years ago. I really enjoy running and have completed several half marathons, two marathons and my third coming up in Boston.  I completed my first "Diva's Only" triathlon in summer '04 and loved it! I worked more on my cycling and completed the Victoria Half Ironman in 2005 - I really loved it- now I'm hooked.

I went up to Penticton to watch some friends compete in Ironman 2005 and signed up the next day- just like everyone told me I would! It was so inspiring watching everyone  compete, finish and accomplish their goals - I can't wait for my turn!

I heard about Ironcops for Cancer through a friend. I thought it would be great to be able to share my experience and raise funds and awareness for the Canadian Cancer Society. I look forward to an exciting and successful experience with Ironcops Team BC.
