Second Time at Ironman Canada!

In 2006, I completed my first Ironman and absolutely fell in love with the experience and process leading up to the event.  Being involved with the Cops for Cancer team was a big part of the experience.  While challenging myself to go outside of my comfort zone and complete something I thought was impossible, I met new friends, strengthened my existing relationships and had my time and efforts benefit others through the funds our team raised to support cancer research.

Training for Ironman 2008 will bring new adventures as we look to welcome our first baby in June 2007.

I look forward to my training and am honored to be a part of the IronCops for Cancer team.
